The Project

Pebro has installed an advanced storage system at ALUMIL’s Headquarters facilities, which would all together deliver a highly efficient performing warehouse, managing to expand its logistic capacity.

ALUMIL, one of the most advanced companies globally in the design and production of architectural aluminum systems once again assigned to Pebro to carry out this critical project.

The working team of PEBRO studied the logistical needs of ALUMIL in order to establish a solution adapted to the space and conditions available for storing dies for aluminum extrusion.

The capacity
20,000 units of dies storage capacity in 3 tier mezzanine

The solution is consisted by adjustable pallet ranking system modified with inclinable infill shelves for storing aluminum extrusion dies.
The total storage capacity of dies in the 3 tier mezzanine warehouse building is 20.000 units.

The Challenge

ALUMIL needed to increase their dies storage capacity and at the same time to liberate space for other purposes. Meanwhile the building height should be utilized more efficiently, increasing the stored capacity at height.

PEBRO developed customer-focused storage solution tailored to meet ALUMIN's needs.
